Freedom Health offers Special Needs Plans (SNPs) for members who are Dual Eligible (receive both Medicare and Medicaid benefits). Dual eligible beneficiaries are classified as either full or partial dual eligible depending on income level and other qualifying criteria. At the time of enrollment, the level will be determined using the best available evidence. The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare will later confirm the actual level.
