Active Fitness
✓ Active Fitness: For certain plans, the plan covers a spending allowance of $500 per year towards the payment of facility access fees for golf, tennis, or swimming. Any unused amounts do not carry forward to the next calendar year.

PART B PREMIUM REFUND
✓ Select 2025 plans offer a Part B Premium refund or “buydown” between $75 and $174.70 a month, that will be added to your Social Security check.

Everyday Options Allowance

PERSONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM (PERS)
✓ PERS is a monitoring device that can provide you with confidence, knowing you have quick access to the help you need 24 hours a day, in any situation.
✓ Lightweight, discreet button, worn as a pendant, and is safe to wear in the shower or bath.
✓ PERS is offered on select 2025 plans to help keep you safe!
